Warrior Econofill is a low cost P.V.A. formulated mainly for the contracting market. It has good all round properties ie. obliteration, filling, drying and overcoating.

Warrior Econofill P.V.A. can be used as a first coat on raw plaster and a final coat on ceilings. It may be used mainly where an economic, uniform finish is required.

SPECIFICATION OR RECOMMENDED PAINT SYSTEM :

Ensure all surfaces to be painted are clean, free from dust, dirt and grease. Apply one or two coats Warrior Econofill as required. The paints which may be applied over Warrior Econo­fill are Warrior General Purpose P.V.A or Warrior Super Acrylic P.V.A. Allow 4 hours drying time before overcoating.

SPREADING RATE:

• PRIMER COAT : Depending on porosity of plaster 4-6 m² per litre
• FINAL COAT : 6-8 m² per litre

DRYING TIMES:

• SURFACE DRY : 1 hour
• HARD DRY : 4 hours
• OVERCOATING : 4 hours

PACK SIZE: 5L, 20L (200L on request)

COLOUR RANGE: White only

SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1,4 + 0,05 kg per litre

VISCOSITY: 100-120 KU

FLASH POINT: Non Flammable

FINISH: Matt

GENERAL INFORMATION :

a) If this product is used as a finishing coat on ceilings all bare metal areas (e.g. nail heads etc.) must be primed with a metal primer.

b) For this product the wet obliterating properties may not be as good as the dry obliterating properties.

c) It is impor­tant that this product be thoroughly mixed with a flat paddle before use.
