Warrior Road Marking Paint is an alkyd based, quick drying coating with a matt finish.

USES :

Warrior Road Marking Paint can be used for marking bituminous/tar, asphalt and concrete surfaces. Because of its quick drying nature it can be used as an excellent barrier coat, eliminating bleeding and discolouration from previous coats.

SPECIFICATION OR RECOMMEND PAINT SYSTEM :

The surface to be coated must be clean, free from dirt, dust, oil and grease etc. Apply one or two coats of Warrior Road Marking Paint and leave to dry for as long as is practically possible. It must be noted that the longer the paint is allowed to dry and the rougher the surface to be coated, the longer the paint will last. The paint will be touch dry within +3-5 minutes. This product can be applied directly to all clean, new or previously painted surfaces mentioned above.

SPREADING RATE:

• PRIMER COAT : 6-8 m² per litre (depending on surface)
• FINAL COAT : 8 m² per litre

DRYING TIMES:

• No pick-up time : 15 min
• HARD DRY : 45 min

PACK SIZE: 1L, 5L, 25L

COLOUR RANGE: White, Yellow (Red and Black on request)

SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1,2 + 0,05 kg per litre

VISCOSITY: 75-80KU

FLASH POINT: 9°C

FINISH: MATT

GENERAL INFORMATION :

• Clean all equipment immediately after use with Warrior ‘E’ Thinners or Lacquer Thinners.
• This material is supplied ready for application by brush or roller. For conventional spray application thin (10-15%) by volume with Warrior ‘E’ Thinners or Lacquer Thinners.
