Warrior Interior/Exterior Alkyd Gloss Varnish is a wood varnish which enhances the natural beauty of wood. It dries to a clear high gloss finish and highlights the wood grain.

USES :

Warrior Interior/Exterior Alkyd Gloss Varnish is used on all wooden surfaces.

SPECIFICATION OR RECOMMENDED PAINT SYSTEM :

Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, free from dust, dirt, grease etc. Apply one coat Warrior Exterior Varnish. Allow to dry for 24 hours, sand lightly, remove all dust and apply a second coat. This product can also be tinted to a variety of wood stain colours to enhance the surface to be coated.

PROPERTIES:

APPLICATION: Brush, Roller and Spray*

CLEANING SOLVENT: Mineral Turpentine

THINNING SOLVENT: Mineral Turpentine

SPREADING RATE:

• PRIMER COAT : 4-6 m² per litre (depending on wood surface)
• FINAL COAT : 8-10 m² per litre

DRYING TIMES:

• SURFACE DRY : 4 hours
• HARD DRY : 16 hours
• OVERCOATING : overnight

PACK SIZE: 1L, 5L

COLOUR RANGE: Clear only (selected colours on request)

SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 0,8 + 0,05 kg per litre

VISCOSITY: 60 sec F4

FLASH POINT: >35°C

FINISH: Gloss
