Warrior Galvanised Metal Primer is a lead-free water based acrylic anti- corrosive primer. It has excellent adhesion and quick drying properties.

Warrior Galvanised Metal Primer is designed as a primer for all galvanised iron products.

SPECIFICATION OR RECOMMENDED PAINT SYSTEM :

The surface should be clean and free from rust, dirt, grease, dust and oil. New galvanised metal sheeting should be cleaned with Warrior Galvanised Iron Cleaner. Stir Warrior Galvanised Metal Primer thoroughly with a flat paddle before use. Apply one coat of the Warrior Galvanised Metal Primer and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours before re-coating. This product is not suitable as a final coat and should be over coated within 72 hours.

a) Certain solvent-based paints may have a detrimental effect on this product. A test patch should be carried out to determine whether the product is compatible with the solvent-based paint in question before re-coating the entire surface.

b) It is impor­tant that this product be thoroughly mixed with a flat paddle before use.

c) For general enamels, a universal undercoat should be applied as an intermediate coat before applying two coats of finishing product.
